My first business trip!

My first business trip was to the Garda Trade fair in Italy. This was to source good quality footwear from good quality suppliers. It was quite daunting as there were 1600 approx suppliers in 5 buildings with 5 floors in each. I had tried to do some research and had emailed potential suppliers but I was not prepared for the crowds or the lack of availability of the sizes I required. If I heard another supplier saying that they only did 35 to 41, I was so frustrated. Thank God for my sister Maria who was a great travelling companion and has a good business head. Our trip lasted 3 nights but there was a lot of travelling involved and it was a difficult place to get to when you land in Milan Bergamo but we made the most of it. Finally finding what we were looking for… SHOES for big feet & little feet!!!
